Vegitarian Suadero Tacos

Have you ever known about Tempe?

Tacos with meat filling are very popular, but not everyone can enjoy them, especially those who are vegetarians, of course, they can't eat them because they are made of meat, the vegetarians of course can still enjoy them because suadero itself can be replaced with Tempe, here's an easy way to replace suadero with tempe so that  make delicious tacos.

For the marinade you will need:

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (or 50/50 oranges/lemon)

dry oregano – 1 tsp

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp black pepper powder

4 tbsp oil

The first thing you do is take a board of tempeh then you cut the allumette and then you fry it until it is brown.

Second Warm corn tortillas to form tacos, sprinkle with chopped onion and cilantro, and season with salt.

The third, put all the stuffing into the tortilla add tomato sauce, mayonnaise or mustard
